Frequently Asked Questions | FrequenQi

About FrequenQi

What is FrequenQi?

FrequenQi is a mind-body-soul wellness experience built around frequency, resonance, vibration, sound, and nervous-system-focused bodywork. It is a space to slow down, reconnect, and listen inward — not a medical clinic.

How do you pronounce FrequenQi?

fuh-KWEN-chee. The name brings together frequency and Qi — the idea of life energy — as a reminder that well-being is something you can tune.

What does “Tune Into Your Highest Vibration” mean?

It is an invitation, not a promise of a specific outcome. Sessions are designed to help you step out of hurry, settle the nervous system, and notice how your body feels when it is given quiet, resonance, and gentle attention.

Is FrequenQi a medical treatment?

No. FrequenQi offers wellness experiences for relaxation, presence, and reconnection. Sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a health condition, injury, or implanted device, check with your healthcare provider before booking.

Who is FrequenQi for?

Anyone curious about slowing down. People come when they feel overstimulated, disconnected from their body, drawn to sound and vibration, or simply ready to try a quieter kind of care. You do not need prior experience with frequency work, sound healing, or bodywork.

Where did FrequenQi come from?

FrequenQi grew from the founder’s own healing journey and the belief that well-being deepens when we reconnect with frequencies that support body, mind, and soul. The work brings ancient ideas of resonance together with modern tools, offered with care.

What experiences do you offer?

Four paths, which can stand alone or be combined:

  • Frequency & Resonance Sessions — immersive time with frequency and vibration technology in a quiet wellness setting
  • Spinal Flow Sessions — gentle, body-based work focused on the spine, nervous system, and body awareness
  • Sound & Vibrational Experiences — sound, vibration, and frequency for relaxation, meditation, and grounding
  • Group, Retreat & Event Experiences — sessions and demonstrations for retreats, wellness events, recovery communities, private groups, and collaborations
What happens in a Frequency & Resonance session?

You settle into a calm environment while the session works with frequency, vibration, and resonance. The aim is not stimulation for its own sake. It is to create conditions for the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and a sense of balance to return.

What are Scalar Vortex, Tesla, and Lotus coils?

These are the signature tools used in Frequency & Resonance work:

  • Scalar Vortex Coils — intended to work with the body’s natural energy field in support of harmony and balance
  • Tesla Coils — used for high-frequency energetic current meant to stimulate and energize
  • Lotus Coils — used to support relaxation, meditation, and a sense of spiritual connection

Which tools are used depends on the session and what you are there for. Your practitioner will explain what to expect before you begin.

What is a Spinal Flow session?

A gentle, intuitive session focused on the spine and nervous system. The work supports awareness, ease, and the body’s own sense of alignment. It is not forceful adjustment. Most people remain clothed and are guided to notice breath, contact, and what softens as the session unfolds.

How is Spinal Flow different from a chiropractic adjustment?

Spinal Flow at FrequenQi is nervous-system-focused bodywork. It emphasizes presence, relaxation, and flow rather than high-velocity joint manipulation. It is complementary wellness care, not a substitute for chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical treatment.

What is a Sound & Vibrational experience like?

You are invited to rest, listen, and feel. Sound and vibration are used to support stillness, grounding, and inner quiet. Some sessions are more meditative; others are paired with frequency work. You do not need to “do” anything except arrive and allow the experience.

Can I combine sessions?

Yes. Many people start with one offering and add another as they learn what their body responds to. Mention what you are hoping for when you book so the session can be shaped around that.

Do you offer group sessions, retreats, or events?

Yes. FrequenQi creates experiences for wellness events, retreats, recovery communities, private groups, and collaborations. If you are planning a gathering and want frequency, sound, or Spinal Flow as part of it, use the Connect With Us form and share dates, group size, and intention.

Do you offer group sessions, retreats, or events?

What should I expect at my first session?

Arrive a few minutes early. You will be welcomed, asked a few simple questions about how you are feeling and what you are hoping for, and shown how the session will unfold. Then the lights go down, the pace slows, and the work begins. There is time afterward to notice how you feel before you leave.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can rest in. Soft layers are helpful. Remove bulky jewelry if you can. You will not need special athletic wear.

Do I need to prepare beforehand?

Come as you are. If you can, eat lightly, leave the phone in the car or on silent, and give yourself a few unhurried minutes after the session before driving back into a full day.

Will I have to talk the whole time?

No. You are welcome to share what you need at the start. During the session, silence is part of the work. You can speak if something feels important.

What if I am sensitive to sound, vibration, or new environments?

Say so when you book or when you arrive. Sessions can be softened. You are always free to pause or stop.

How will I feel afterward?

Most people describe feeling calmer, heavier in a pleasant way, or more present. Some feel energized. Occasional emotion or tiredness can surface as the nervous system downshifts. There is no single “correct” response. Drink water and give yourself an easy evening if you can.

How do I book a session?

Use Schedule an Appointment or Connect With Us on frequenqi.net. Share your name, the experience you are drawn to, and any timing that helps. You will hear back to confirm.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday are closed, unless a private group or event has been arranged.

How much does a session cost?

Pricing is shared when you inquire or book, since session length and format can vary. Ask when you reach out if you need the range before you schedule.

Is FrequenQi open yet?

The site is introducing the work now — “something new is beginning to resonate.” Upcoming sessions, Spinal Flow practice, events, and collaborations are being scheduled. Booking the interest form is the way to be among the first.

What is your cancellation policy?

Share this when you confirm the appointment so both sides can honor the time. If you need to change a session, as much notice as possible helps, especially for private groups and events.

Do you work with children or teens?

Ask when you book. Appropriateness depends on the session type, the young person’s comfort, and guardian presence. FrequenQi is primarily designed as an adult wellness space.

Can I gift a session?

Yes. Note that it is a gift when you connect so a simple voucher or confirmation can be arranged.

Are there reasons I should wait to book?

Check with your healthcare provider first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are in acute medical crisis, or have been advised to avoid electrical, vibrational, or sound-based wellness work. When in doubt, ask both your provider and FrequenQi before you schedule.

Is this religious?

No. The language of soul, Qi, and vibration is used in a wellness sense. People of any faith, or none, are welcome.

Will my information stay private?

What you share in booking and in session is treated as personal. It is used to care for you, not as public content.
